Radio Naturopath Episode 540: Vitamin K2 and Cardiovascular Disease, After Meal Gummies for Gums, Surgical Alternatives to Knee Pain, Natural Swimming
This week, I reviewed the latest on my Lyme treatment, which is not too bad, some antibiotics, herbs, and probiotics. Then on to post-meal probiotic gummies for gum health and fresh breath! We did a bit on alternatives to knee surgery, and then finished with why YOU should participate in open water swimming!

And this was only Part 1, Part 2 comes out in a year! I mainly discussed osteoarthritis and how it's helped by PRP, platelet rich plasma injections, and also omega-3 fatty acids, especially fish oil. Very healing for arthritis, especially knees!
