This week, I talked about a new home kit for testing ticks for Lyme disease. Easy to use and gives you more options sooner. My concern is that if it ONLY tests for Lyme and not coinfections, you might think you're in the clear when you're not. Then, we went on to multilingualism and healthy aging. There are studies that show that the more languages you speak, the slower your brain aging! So, pull out that Duolingo, Babbel, or Rosetta Stone and start learning something other than English! We finished with GLP-1 drugs and hair loss, which fortunately is usually temporary, why and what to do about it. And a reminder to hydrate in the hot steamy weather!
